Yes they have held it back since February we should be around .20 by now..I have called out that Tranny whore Apostle a few times about it and received nasty PM's back..I had big plans this summer ruined by those bashing clowns..hopefully the Q1 fins will be north of $1million and a nice PR next week to get the pps going..
