$HIRU is up 100% today. Here is a little DD on this ticker. Just curious what you all think of them?
They are pink limited and currently have the caveat emptor sign. They are working on getting current and just today filed a quarterly report.
The most recent press release was on May 3rd. It was a letter to the shareholders from the CEO informing them "that we are still here, and as of right now we still plan to move forward".

In the quarterly report, the one thing that kind of jumped out at me was the mention of them increasing the authorized shares in January of this year to 5,000,000,000. They did this "in order to allocate shares for any possible mergers or acquisitions". Could a merger or acquisition be their reasoning for trying to get current?
