To go from 200mg -- to 300mg and 400mg -- should yield better results if the signal seen in the Phase 2 is true.

I'm banking on CTIX lab rats beaker-ing away in the basement in Beverly (and I say this with admiration) were on to something Big in Psoriasis -- what they were seeing, pre-clinically, now proving out in human P2s.

The P2b trial should it be a success, ie meets or beats Otezla in 12 weeks instead of 16, and powered as it is, will put to rest the Naysayers.
