That is one possibly connection. I see another. Nanosys is known to be supplying TCL and Hisense. Maybe Dow is exploring sourcing from Nanosys.
I see no mention of Nanoco in the article. That's the only reason I think there could be an alternate outcome here. I wish the best for Nanoco. Completion is good for the qdot market and will help it grow faster.
