Looks like a difficult allegation to prove and a common law firm solicitation . It likely will never come to fruition imo. No factor.
Furthermore Tracy is a scandalous atty firm on otcmarkets Prohibited Attorneys, Accountants/Auditors and Other Service Providers list. A google search turns up plenty claims of fraud against Tracy and his firm.
