what i find so interesting is non retails' inability to change out their patterns
so what is the worst they can do?
relentlessly compress PTOI ..
it's been *in place* since NR/CEs' last *ran* PTOI in Jan 2013
and it's why the epic fail of that behavior/pattern has factually shown
successively less *volume* since 2013 .. so that in 2017 .. PTOI's *volume*
is on par with 2009's .. when PTOI first began trading ..
*volume* presents a significant *problem* for NRs' perverted stats
btw .. as was pointed out to me .. find another comparable OTCQB stock
Issued and Outstanding wise to PTOI and check their *legal* short reporting
it's gets very telling .. rather obviously so ..
