The 10-Q is not "late". The SEC allows a 5 day extension so as long as the 10-Q is filed on or before May 22, it will be deemed to have been filed on time.
The other day I mentioned that for the 2nd quarter of 2016, OWCP also took advantage of the extra time allowed. Of course we all know they did the same thing with the 10-K. So this is definitely nothing to fret about.
