It won't take many "big boys", hedge funds, medical people, etc. to scoop up shares once the news hits... I am not talking about the money managers. CTIX has a small float and they won't have to look hard to find CTIX... breakthrough news will be making headlines everywhere! Just my opinion...you may be right.
