It is a start-up. However, there is already a significant amount of debt accumulated. In this respect a turn around is needed. A company can not continue down the path of raising investment money through borrowing and printing shares to cover costs of daily operations. That will hurt the common investor in the long run... the ones with less than 1M shares. Sales need to kick in.
