Whatever deal was made for financing the company, it doesn't include throwing a limitless amount of money at the problem. Generally, business people don't throw their own financial resources into a venture if it can be gotten elsewhere.
Although, I'm not thrilled about more and more shares being created. Eventually there will need to be a consolidation.
