Absolutely true. Investors who ignore valuation and capital structure issues generally do not understand their importance in Micro-cap investing.
We have written recently about the high valuation surrounding Gerry David's former company Celsius Holdings, Inc. and how investors need to factor that into their current thinking on CELH.
RMBH is fortunate to have attracted both Gerry David and Kevin Harrington to their Board of Directors, but investors need to look beyond that and focus on the fundamentals here, including the balance sheet and income statement, as well as the current capital structure which is a mess.
