Who or what led you to believe there would be $17M in this quarter's report? The pace of delivery of the $17M order never had any specifics, other than it was alluded to be completed by the end of 2017 in the initial press release back in Dec 2016.

You'll need to have a little more patience through the remainder of 2017 and a little practical skepticism to hyper positive posting will likely help.
