There is a great deal of work to be done here, and we will watch intently to see what changes transpire at RMHB.
The biggest obstacle that we see right now is the current capital structure of RMHB. If the company can get themselves in a better financial position, there may be an opportunity to make some money here, otherwise it won't much matter what Gerry David and Kevin Harrington bring to the table; shareholders will lose money.
The first step in turning this disaster around is going to be to address the myriad of capital structure issues that they are facing. It would be better to do this sooner rather than later.
Unfortunately, this will likely involve a great deal of pain to existing shareholders.
We're going to take a wait and see attitude for now. It's still way too early to invest in this one.
