That is the amazing part, they gave a deadline of March 2018 if they go the long way, but are looking to start sooner by buying an airline. Really shows they are laser focused and want this airline producing revenue as soon as possible. No more waiting or stalling, its full steam ahead now.

The best part for me is Sheryle said they are ready at a moment notice to start 120 day transition. They don't need to ramp up after they agree to buy the airline, they are ready to go.
