It's being currently being handled Manual if it's not already been taken care of. The money has already been paid and I believe the dilution news that was just released was to take care of the issuance of the 2mm shares to Long Side and any expenses to go along with that.
Bottom line, if you spend too much time on that other site you'll a myriad of people who will flat out lie to you. It should be pretty obvious, just reading the post headlines. They aren't balanced much less fair over there. Only a couple people who post over there are pro NTEK. They'll run you off and delete your posts if you logically and consistently defend NTEK.
