Copy of a post I put on iHub in response to a fellow OTC market "off-the-bottom" specialist.
"Exactly - a combination of increased awareness through PRs and alerts from successful traders with a following - plus some of the morons who are currently stacking the ask at .0001 and above cancelling - will eventually at some point lead to those who are already loaded at .0001 grabbing the remaining amount in large buys and the game will be on.
