owcp does not need the usa, yet when the voting public gets mad enough...the politicians will have to approve medical marijuana as they will see: 1. the rest of the world being treated successfully by medical marijuana and 2. their precious job gone if they don't wake up because the voters will vote them OUT..

usa is slow but will eventually wake up .. all imo..
