BVTK: Here's what "I THINK" happens if there's a "buy out".
The shares remain ours but change to the buy out PPS and ticker. In other words, IF the buyer buys our company for $2.50 per share. Then our shares become worth $2.50. If we sell them it would be to the new company but I'm Not sure if we would get to keep shares under the new companies ticker......
Hopefully, someone with experience of this will post a matter of fact answer.....lol
