They were going to send me and 2 other guys to Florida for 6 months in 1986 to learn CT. I would have been 1 of maybe 100 CT technologist in the US at the time had I gone. Entry level was GS9 with a GS9 to GS 12 range. I gave it up to move the EX closer to her family and to work like a slave in Michigan for 25 years.
