The bigger funny... is all the Teacher/State and Federal petitions that are funded at 10-50%...that shit be hitting home pretty soon.
Social Security has 2.6 Trillion Trust Fund...at the very least... Social Security has a IOU. These retirement plans have nothing other than a bankrupt state in most cases behind them.
