They needed to attach this PR to the previous one, IMO ...there wouldn't have been such a massive sell off. I think they realized what they did with the last PR and put this out to bring back confidence. I respect that they are straight forward and truthful with their releases, but still, sometimes they need to fluff things up so good news doesn't come off as a tragedy
