Agriculture college Military town (Ft Riley)...Middle East Student wearing maybe 5-10K in Gold whips out food stamps to pay for his food. So me being me. I ask. Guy is on a US foreign aid grant to learn agriculture. Thinking great...walk out right behind him and he pops into a brand new Cadillac. Here I am a GS5 making 18K per year with 2 kids and can't get ahead.
