Seems to me I saw a glitch with Canadian brokers yesterday that was preventing them from trading. I wonder if that was it. I can't find the article but will keep looking.

Looked more but can't find anything. Not sure if anyone else may know about it.

Also, it may be due to DTC Chill in effect. Some brokers can trade DTC Chilled stocks and some cannot. I use ETrade.
