What's really frustrating is that, if what George's PR was true to the terms of the contract, SS signed an agreement to pay Coates a sum of money and then didn't do it. Why sign it if you can't pay ? What a way to start a business relationship.
But more than that, that is the kind of stuff that is ammo for class action suits. Since Secure has not paid (and again, this is assuming the agreement said they would as the PR insinuated) then they are clearly affecting the share price and the value of Coates stock. Every stockholder has been hurt by their actions, or lack of action should I say.
