One of my favorite parts of the SHM was Tony describing how their team works closely together, collaborative decisions, morning phone call same time daily to review issues and tasks.
How many people [on the planet!] get a peek into the early ramp up of a new international airline?
Yesterday the team was all dressed to the nines, but in their day-to-day reality, there are sleeves rolled up, piles of paper everywhere, urgent calls at 5 AM or 11 PM, multi-tasking up the wazoo!
At 10 cents a share (or the post R/S price) when we have a $900,000,000 market cap, I will remember this image.
