Good post and explanations. For me, I don't really care what people think about my intentions or what not as people have their opinions and I respect that despite whether I favor them or not. We're on a message board after all lol.

In the end, the company will need to perform at the level to qualify for up listing and become a successful company regardless of an individuals opinion. As the great Winston Churchill once said:
