The FBI is slow when it comes to SEC cases. I was contacted by an agent of the the FBI in 2010. I was asked and agreed to be a shareholder witness against James Turek, CEO of PLNI. I took the stand in addition to other shareholders and he received 17 years for securities fraud and tax evasion. Anyone can look up that case out of Lexington, Kentucky.
