We’re in the final stages of the 10K Y/End report. Its been delayed, of course, but its going to get posted very soon. Once that is complete we’ll be resuming our dual listing then capital raise. This is expected to happen within 30-90 days upon posting of our 10K Y/End report. Thereafter, we’ll be keeping shareholders updated on material and definitive news as it becomes available – I assure you, things are moving rather nicely.
