If you want to bring up court cases feel free but I caution you, most of us know about Long Side so tread lightly. NTEK has paid them the $$$ and need only issue the 2 million shares in settlement.
We have an institutional investor who would never have invested if there was anything to this lawsuit that is been settled insofar as money is concerned. Once the shares have been issued if they pursue it any further I contend it's nothing more than vindictive and malice and we shall see as NTEK has until May 31st to decide what they are going to do. My best guess is they're going to issue the shares as was agreed.
I'm very aware of what's going on and I'm still buying. Nevertheless, if you feel so inclined go ahead and make whatever point you want.
