I wholeheartedly agree Dischino. And ... I don't think Tony is pursuing an LOI as that would imply I want too but can't afford to buy you yet. I speculate they have already figured out a way to fund it and that it won't happen until financials are current which is a good sign they are going to get that fixed pronto.
