No it doesn't make sense. A lot of positive things came out of the meeting! Especially the lease agreement of the 767 from Kalitta! Plus two avenues of attack. Both the NDA approach and the obtain the certification themselves approach. I honestly think they know they will obtain certification from another airline here very soon, but being conservative and putting out the March timeline if that approach doesn't work!
