IMO, another important part I took away from the meeting is Tony's take on customer service. When he made the comparison to a plane being a flying hotel, shows what level of care he is aiming for. With the addition of one of the management team having luxury lifestyle management, they can really rock the boat on a new level of customer service in the industry and take huge amounts of market share away from competition.
