Re: truebeliever #8814
I'm certainly no expert, but I believe that virtually everything sold in Green Cross stores would be considered Category 1. What we have is State's in disagreement with the Federal Govt. with a limited amount of Federal legislation saying it's okay for the State's to do what they're doing.
We have a White House that occasionally threatens the cannabis industry, and a Congress that says we won't fund any Federal activity against State's who've legalized medical marijuana.
We have some Federal Dept. Heads who see the advantage of legalizing marijuana, and we have Session's who opposes it. We have Trump who has at time spoken in favor of both sides of this issue.
In short, the left hand doesn't know, or agree with what the right hand is doing.
As for the tablet, I simply don't see it as being any different than other things being sold in Green Cross stores, State law makes it legal, Federal law says it's illegal, but says don't prosecute. In short, we are in a state of disarray, and we have been for many years.
