I am sure you did not mean to pick an artificially low value.
If we were phase 1/2 only, then I could see how you get where you did. However, if P phase IIb results are consistent with 2a, we should be able to land a deal that is much more lucrative. So I think you should up your estimate by a least 2X and maybe quite a bit more based upon 5052b pathway.
