Ok, still VERY new at this. But it would seem to me a sound strategy for flippers and longs alike to load a stock as news is ramping up but no filings have been recently announced. Flippers can sell on the news, longs might even see the news as positive and be able to hold comfortably, and flipper/longs can grab some free shares as a lottery ticket. Am I on the right track?
