This is very true! In fact, how do we know that there have not been settlements with NDA's already. With Ropes & Gray now taking the lead, if a firm receives a letter stating that you are infringing and how, any firm with a good attorney would be encouraged to cooperate with & settle with SFOR and in the process obtain an NDA. Maybe this is why SFOR does not need money.
