Taking into account Baltia's history, we know how PPS jumped to 14 cents in 2007 after receiving just a persnickety de minimis piece of publicity for sponsoring the air show in Michigan. Due to such predictable volatility, we can confidently predict the price will jump to nearly $1.00 within 48 hours of the broadcast press conference; and I am being very, very conservative here.
