The first was private and presumably consensual. The second could be either private or public and does not sound as though it was consensual.
It suggested a predatory and entitled form of behavior that could result in a legal complaint of assault.
This is about as easy a 'which one does not belong with the other' as it gets, IF you're not looking though a political filter.
