minute 7:18 it was mentioned that the company cannot talk about any acquisitions while the Form 10 which will allow them to become SEC compliant is being reviewed...aka the quiet period.

They also do not plan a RS.
What I have found since is the CFO at Caduceus Software...their recent JV partner is completing the filing for ICNM. Someone else noted that the two companies share an address.

I was able to get in at 1. There are 1's available. When we get news on the Form 10 being approved I believe it will be followed swiftly by news of a merger with CSOC, Caduceus Software. No reason for them not to since they share an office space.
