My question about the coming "soon" critical trial in the US was very clear and specific. After initially being accused of seeking "insider" information in their first email reply, they followed with a half-ass response that would have insulted even a low functioning moron's intelligence.

My final reply thanking them for the "clarification" was at best sarcastic. Someone pointed out that part of the problem is their poor command of the English language. This may very well be the reason why there is a growing perception that they are a bunch of bumbling idiots.
