No, they should tell you every move they make, and why......like they ate eggs this morning because it would make them have some energy to do work. They drove to work, got out of the car and went into the office. Had to go take a dump so they could concentrate on work.
What makes you think that a company in transition owes you a daily report. They gave you an outline of what is involved, and the opportunity to monitor all of that activity.
