They've continually stated partnership plans. I think they're in a rush to get them done because each trial impacts the dealmaking on the others.
The company has to do a deal in order to advance anything into a Phase 3. Due to this necessity, the first deal done will likely have slightly less favorable terms than we would expect.
A strong Prurisol 2B means we have two chips to bargain with. Make the first deal on the least valuable of B and P at whatever terms are necessary. Then bargain on the second from a position of great strength.
That said, if some BP wanted to plunk down three bills ($23/share) to take us out in 2018 that would be a dream come true.
