Not sure there is anyway else to have read it. Another major disconnect in communication. Bill commented move to WY was to save money and correct NV filing issues. Dont recall direct verbiage but he commented something to affect it was not to increase AS and that WY was just an unlimited state. They already blew through original 4.5BB AS and now Muse is talking about another almost doubling. Far cry from under 1BB OS that James stated in 6-8 months from the CC let alone the $0.01PPS.
So - where does the 8BB # come from? James or Bill? Are they passing on information or was this like the CC #s that James haphazardly threw out that have yet to be answered for?
