Okay sports fans. Unless I'm misinterpreting this, it looks like the Delaware Secretary of State has completed their part of the process to increase the authorized shares to 750 million shares. That should mean the SEC has the necessary paperwork to register the shares. From my DD, it takes the SEC about 1-4 weeks to register the shares once it gets in their hands. According to this document (it cost me $20 to get. lol), it looks like the "Certificate of Amendment" was submitted on March 10th. Depending upon how long it took the Delaware Secretary of State to complete their part, the SEC could be well on their way towards actually registering the shares. We might be closer than we realize folks. Hang on, 'cause this ride is about to get wild.
