The picture in the Voice Yourself section is the same blurred one as in the RENU one. 

Had my heart beating for a bit (OK, not THAT way....... sheesh). Would have been the mother of all DD finds. 

2nd site does translate into Jim Dobson. James Scott's LinkedIn page has no picture.
