BVTK: I truely believe Tom Cellucci CEO is waiting for the conversion to be over, be out of debt and "MAYBE" even retire some shares BEFORE he releases the info on the Gov. Contracts. This is a BIG DEAL and "MAY" even be the OTC Stock of the YEAR!!! I'm fully expecting dollars out of this one....JMO
