Okay I am just saying your post made it seemed like they grabbed a random retired guy and asked him to rejoin the workforce and that is not true.
While I agree personally that OWCP is a great company, just saying that because this interim CEO joining them means they are rock solid isn't really a logical conclusion. People join bad companies all the time. What will really be more important will be who they get to be the next full-time CEO. That is when we will have more answers about management.
