Pluto, that is a very strange retort to come back with after my query regarding the M&A mentioned by the company.

No-one asked about the uplisting or M&A.

You created a post taunting Scoop with the possibility of the ability of the company to uplist because of new regulations that DECN might be able to utilize.

Observing your post, I found it interesting and asked if the M&A was then dead.

How is this interpreted as "never good enough"?????

I think it is a great opportunity for the company and YES, I agree that this would be preferred over a M&A!

All I asked was: Is the M&A dead?

Why all the drama?

IF you never would have taunted Scoop with that post, no-one would be the wiser, and there would be no new rants about "message board posters who should take over the company".

Why is curiosity egged on by taunting deemed an anti-company action?

Mr. Berman presented the M&A as a good thing, yet you now trash it.
