Yes, they may have incorporated in 2016, but companies exist in different forms before incorporation. In this case, it may have been under a slightly different name, Freschfield Future 360.
Dr. Randolph Allen St. James states he has been the executive chair for Freschfield Future 360 since 2008. I sure I read elsewhere one or two other links that Freschfield has been around 8-9 years.
