Why will it be impossible? OS continues to increase and shares continue to come online. Same thing has been going on since Muse showed up which was quickly followed by VNDM and they have not been off the ASK consistently since.
However- if you really think you wont be able to get 1s - why wait? If you truly think they will be bought up (bought back..?) why wait for the "rush" to get shares once the selling stops and the supply/demand curve inverts?
No proof any shares have been bought back let alone retired. Even so - why would the company not settle those preferreds with interested investors rather than than eviscerating the OS and increasing AS?
